Your reward

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a minimum of 28 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays, which increases to a maximum of 38 days, dependent on your job role. We also have an enhanced pension scheme, which means that we contribute 3% of your earnings into your pension each year.

Following a comprehensive induction to ensure you get off to the best start, you will continue your development with training and professional qualifications. We are proud of our blended learning approach, which includes various face-to-face training programmes, e-learning and express learning sessions (webinars). We invest in you and your future, providing fully funded nationally recognised qualifications in Health and Social Care at all levels.


Developing Excellence is our person centred approach to managing staff development and performance. This means regular meetings with your manager to discuss how things are going, share your views and agree how your development can progress.

Having your say

Your opinion is really important. We have regular team meetings which give you a chance to give and get ideas to ensure you keep developing your practice. We carry out regular staff surveys which gives everyone the chance to have their say about working life. Our staff forum, United Voice, ensures you have the chance to talk about how to improve working life.

Looking after you

Your health and wellbeing is as important to us as it is to you. That’s why we invest in a free employee assistance programme which offers counselling and advice on legal, personal and work related issues 24 hours a day. We also provide support from occupational health and physiotherapy services should you ever need medical treatment. All staff are covered by life assurance, so if the unexpected should happen, you can be safe in the knowledge that your loved ones will be provided for.


All of our services operate on a rota basis, which includes working weekends, evenings and sleepover shifts. This means we are able to accommodate a range of flexible working arrangements – we can work together to make sure you’re working the best shifts for you and us.
