To be the Registered Manager for Supported Living Accommodation Services in South Devon. Support and drive the personalisation agenda, ensuring individual service designs and individual working policies are generated when planning services. Respond to new opportunities associated with brokerage applications and other bids for accommodation based services. Embed accredited learning, skills training and opportunities to progress along our Employment Pathway. Promote activities, and attend events.An established, highly successful CQC ‘Outstanding’ rated service is currently looking for a Registered Manager for their South Devon Services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced person to take on an exciting role and to provide leadership that generates high impact outcomes throughout the service.

Knowledge of CQC essential. It would be advantageous if you have had experience of Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support.
This position is full time - 37.5 hours per week.
