Making it happen- Your Role

You will be joining the team at our Knowl Grange service in Mirfield which supports 5 people living within 5 adjoining bungalows. The service houses both Male and female tenants, you will be required to support people with their day to day tasks, help them get out and about (assisting with mobility needs) and support them with managing health conditions and taking medication safely and correctly. 

The role is extremely rewarding. The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices.
