Learning Guide Support Worker - Photography

ROC Creative, based in Paignton, are looking for someone to lead their Photography groups.  There are two groups of around 6 adults with learning disabilities, mixed gender and varying levels of support required.  In addition to a solid background in adult social care, experience in the arts is essential.  The groups use photography as a medium but the technical skill required is moderate.  What is essential, however, is creativity and a willingness to support people in their creative process.

You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed. You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
