Who we are looking for

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join our team providing high quality, flexible and responsive support across a number of services.Every one of the people we support is different and, as a Rapid Response Support Worker, you will need to be adaptable, enjoy variety and use your existing knowledge, skills and experience to meet their varying needs.

What we need from you

To be a great Support Worker in our Rapid Response team, you will need some previous experience of supporting people with learning disabilities or mental health needs. You will demonstrate compassion, integrity and treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as required. You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
