Operational responsibility for the provision of high quality Wellbeing projects within a geographical area, including experience of managing learning environments and the work2work programme.
Embedding good practice in supporting people with disabilities to access employment opportunities and maintaining paid employment.The ability to direct, develop and guide specialist community projects/ social enterprises to support people to achieve greater community inclusion and independence.

You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed.
