Area Manager - Wellbeing And Employment Cornwall

Location: Cornwall
Salary: £32,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

Operational responsibility for the provision of high quality Wellbeing projects within a geographical area, including experience of managing learning environments and the work2work programme.

Embedding good practice in supporting people with disabilities to access employment opportunities and maintaining paid employment.The ability to direct, develop and guide specialist community projects/ social enterprises to support people to achieve greater community inclusion and independence.

What we need from you

You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed. You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
