We are looking for a talented individual to become a welcome addition to our friendly team in United Response’s North east Area Office, Newcastle upon Tyne. By keeping our training processes running smoothly, you can make a much valued contribution to our locally based services for adults with learning disabilities and mental and physical health needs.

Making it happen- Your Role as Training Administrator

The successful candidate for this role will take on a wide range of admin duties in relation to the booking and co-ordination of training.

These will include;

  • Booking of staff onto courses.

  • Planning and organising training courses, dates, times, rooms and equipment

  • Creation of courses on LMS.

  • Inputting and management of spreadsheets and databases (LMS).

  • Producing monthly management reports and liaising with Managers.

  • Printing off of certificates and filing in staff files.

  • Carrying out training needs analysis to produce training schedule.

  • General Administration tasks

About you

We are looking for an effective communicator with training administration experience who can work to tight deadlines. You must have excellent organisation skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT platforms such as LMS and I-Trent. Experience in working within the charity, health and social care sector is desirable but not essential.
