We operate from the Fairwater, Oakfield, Croesyceiliog and Pontypool areas of Cwmbran in supported living accommodation, but we also provide outreach support to people in their own homes over a wider area.

The support that we provide will always be customised to each person we support, but will often include support with daily living skills, health and medication, money management, maintaining relationships with family and friends, and pursuing hobbies, education and employment.
