Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner Housing & Facilities Hours: 35 hours per weekLocation: RemoteSalary: £60,000 per year
Key Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a skilled finance professional with a strong background in business partnering. The ability to provide clear financial guidance, handle complex data analysis, and work collaboratively with non-financial teams is key to success in this role. You will need advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as excellent communication skills to deliver high quality financial reporting and advice.
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will act as the expert voice and support on the correct, compliant and effective accounting for all housing and property issues within United Response. You will influence operational and strategic decision making and provide analysis of financial and non-financial data to provide greater insight on value for money and efficiencies, as well as enhancing commercial awareness and performance
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Finance professional within the Housing sector
- Ability to work strategically.
- High degree of analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge internally and externally.
- Risk management
- Excellent IT skills and ability to interpret performance data and to look for opportunities to enhance the housing and finance platform through automation and integration
- Good presentation skills with the ability to deliver quality information to Senior Leaders
- Project management desirable
- Energy, drive, commitment and enthusiasm
