Location: Chippenham
Hours: Part time 25 hours per week
We are looking for someone to join one of our supported living services in Chippenham where we support one individual to live as independently as possible whilst enjoying barrier free access to the community.
A Support Worker’s duties
Your role will involve:
- Providing active support
- Assisting with jobs around the house
- Helping the people we support with evening and morning routines
- Personal care
- Monitoring the wellbeing of the people we support
To apply for this role you must hold a Full UK driving licence
