Requirements:
Experience in complex needs
You must hold a Full UK driving licence & be able to drive manual vehicles.
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will utilise the digital app, Nourish, to manage and access the care and support plans for the individuals we assist. While prior experience with digital or mobile apps is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided.
